Recruitment Consultant

Our creative and disruptive nature means that our Recruitment offering is not your typical service and therefore requires someone who is nimble, smart and doesn’t like to do things ‘how they’ve always been done! Our clients truly partner with us which means we work purely on a retained or hourly basis.

As a wattsnext Recruitment Consultant you will need you to:

  • Work with our HR Consultants to support the client to properly define the role they need to hire;
  • Develop recruitment strategies that will enhance market search;
  • Take detailed job briefs that are not order taking but truly understanding the role and our client;
  • Attend networking events to expand the wattsnext brand and network
  • Build positive relationships with clients at all levels and look for opportunities to provide enhanced solutions with new and existing clients; and
  • Attend networking events to expand the wattsnext brand and network

The boxes you must tick:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Recruiter
  • A strong knowledge of LinkedIn for sourcing and attracting talent
  • Experience with writing effective job advertisements
  • Being able to look beyond a job brief and a candidate to see where a problem can be solved
  • Attention to detail, initiative, drive and a positive attitude
