Michael Page Recruitment has been forced to apologise and launch an internal company investigation, after a group of Melbourne recruiters threw a wild party at a Victorian ski resort.

While Michael Page Recruitment will likely be launching heavily into external damage control, HR expert Sue-Ellen Watts, director of wattsnext HR, says the company should also be considering a complete internal review of behavioural and cultural expectations.
